WE CONNECT
Give us a call or contact us on the client contact form located on our website. Once we connect, we will discuss your specific needs, project location, scope of work and timeline.

WE MEET
The initial consultation meeting will last approximately an hour during which details of your project and overall design goals will be addressed. During this meeting a design direction will be set forth by the designer and details will be provided on how the project is to be managed. Upon completion of this meeting there is a clear direction on how the project should move forward. Fee schedules and budgets are also discussed at this meeting.

PROJECT GO
Let the project begin! The selection process begins. The designer and the design team will get to work supplying design inspirations as well as samples and specifications of items needed to begin the project. Depending on the scope of the project, this process can come either in phases or all at once. This proposed timeline is unique to each client and projects are tailored to each situation.

UPDATES
Updates are a critical part of client communication. The size and scope of the project will determine the degree of updates required. POSH Exclusive Interiors is well versed in managing clients’ expectations. With 28 years of extensive experience in this industry, we are keenly aware that no two projects are the same. Scopes of work, contractor and subcontractor timelines along with client expectations and schedules can vary. It is our unique ability to manage and address these changes while moving forward with the process and project that set POSH Exclusive Interiors apart.
