POSH Exclusive Interiors ("POSH," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through poshinteriors.com (the "Site"), when you contact us, and when you work with us on a design project, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

 

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

 

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or consultation form, email or call us, sign up for our newsletter, or become a client, we may collect:

• Name, email address, phone number, and mailing or project address

• Details about your project (rooms, style preferences, budget range, timeline, photos or plans you share)

• Billing information needed to invoice you. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on the Site.

 

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring website, and approximate location (city/region). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

 

Information from others. We may receive information about you from referral partners, builders, architects, or other professionals you work with, and from public social media profiles when you interact with our pages.

 

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

 

We use your information to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations

• Plan, manage, and deliver your design project, including procurement, deliveries, and installation

• Send estimates, invoices, and project updates

• Send our newsletter or marketing messages, if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)

• Operate, secure, and improve the Site and understand how visitors use it

• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

 

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

 

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Wix.com), email and scheduling tools, analytics providers, payment processors, and accounting software. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

• Project partners, such as vendors, manufacturers, contractors, carriers, and installers, only as needed to complete your project (for example, a delivery address and contact number).

• Our affiliated companies that support POSH projects, such as Door + Cabinet LLC and WindowDesign Studio, when they provide products or services for your project.

• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of POSH, our clients, or others.

• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization of our business.

 

4. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

 

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the Site to work (for example, security and session cookies set by our website platform, Wix). Others help us understand traffic and improve the Site: we use Wix Analytics, which is built into our website platform, to measure visits, pages viewed, and traffic sources. We do not currently use advertising or social media tracking pixels on the Site.

 

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals; because there is no common standard for them, the Site does not currently respond to these signals.

 

5. TEXT MESSAGES (SMS)

 

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about appointments, deliveries, and your project. We will only send marketing text messages if you expressly agree. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

 

6. PHOTOGRAPHY OF COMPLETED PROJECTS

 

We may photograph completed spaces for our portfolio, website, and social media. We do not publish your name, address, or identifying personal details without your permission, and you may ask us not to feature your project.

 

7. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

 

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including client records we must keep for tax, warranty, and legal purposes.

 

8. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

 

You may ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate information

• Delete your information (subject to records we are legally required to keep)

• Stop sending you marketing emails or texts

 

Depending on where you live, including Texas and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have additional rights. To make a request, email monique@poshinteriors.com or call 337.261.3344. We will verify your identity before acting on a request; we will never ask for your password. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within the time required by law.

 

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

 

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

 

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

 

The Site may link to other websites and social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, or Houzz). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.

 

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
